I worked on a few map flags during the summer, I think I will also pick those up again soon, and enchance what I've got.

Pictish Celtic Style Bird Flag
Dragon & Moon Motif Flag
Boat Flag (There's a weird angle in it, need to fix that)
Concept Tree Root Flag
Anchor Motif Flag (There's angle problems again)

I think I'm going to start using inkscape to take these forward.

Anyone have any suggestions for flag concepts?

These are really nice. I especially like the bird and tree root ones.
I couldn't access the boat flag - maybe you have removed it to edit?

Keep in mind that the map flags should have an easy to remember association with the map it's intended for.

Will Map flags be map based or race based?

I was working on doing things race based, since each area is has a history connection to race iirc, but I was going to do a broad number of them so the map makers could select the ones that best encapsulated their maps.

worked with both of them, find inkscape easier and quicker. Will play around. Got a graphics tablet now, so might  have a look at doing some in krita.
