question would be a player in god mode be flagged for all those bad things like multiplayer rules that get autoflagged and autobanned? if not make a char that is in god mode when logged on the player char Auctorus Pretium ( more or less a name stating Contest Price)
otherwise create that NPC, better then stocking up one players Invenotry

Having it as an NPC, also means that people will be able to see what prizes are in storage for us in possible contests. Also means a check & balance that if an ultra rare item is donated, it should become visible there or handed out as aprize within a reasonable time.
