More information about the event is planned to be added. As for the .txt, the data is stored in a table so it should be 'easy' to copy past it into a spreadsheet. If it's to be downloaded, probably a.cvs format would be better.

This after all is just a quickly thrown together proof-of-concept draft designed to help show it can be done and to help trigger more ideas.

Information already being considered for inclusion:
* Start & End date/times
* number of bosses & their min:avg:max CL's (maybe killed only?)
* number of mobs along with CL info (maybe killed only?)
* players involved (and possibly the % of time on the map checked once a minute?)
* player death stats
* player min:avg:max CL info
* ....

The Proof-Of-Concept page http://test.other-li...d/eventinfo.php has been updated to show some basic information about Mobs/Bosses/Players!

Changes are ongoing, still a lot more work waiting to be done with it.

Checked the new page, it works very well. It will certainly make tracking mob drops a lot easier in the future.

Changes added after yesterdays post:
* Bug fix for some kills not showing up
* Mob Info & Boss Info sections hidden while Event is InProgress
* Avg Player CL hidden to reduce exposure of player CL information
* Full IM's can see all the hidden information even while the Event is in progress
* Full IM's can see Spawned information for each mob type and Avg CL
*

Changes planned or considered:
* Only myself & the IM that created the Event should see the full info while the Event is InProgress?
* When Event is finished, add a Player Detailed section that gives information about min:avg:max Total CL's killed for Mobs & Bosses
* Look in detail how deaths are being tracked for special cases (Magic, Ranging, other non-Melee damage)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Looking into detail about death tracking for special cases could almost be it's own sub-project! Has ramifications beyond EventInfo plus will take more time then has been put into the EventInfo stuff already. Possibly need to put that into it's own thread of discussion!All mob deaths are accounted for in the Mob & Boss sections, it's if a player killed it and which player is what this detailed death tracking is about.

The EventInfo tracking is currently being tested to track kills from Ranging and Magic. A known exception is Poison ... the timed damage it does currently can't be tracked back to the source. Another thing that can cause miss reporting is if someone is killed by the server by a damage area, Solar Flares, or Harvesting. When the server kills a player on a map that's doing EventInfo tracking ... it may even credit the kill to something that fought the player, or just count the death of the player and not but not attribute it to anything.

We do need to discuss how to handle Summons now. That's currently something that EventInfo won't track properly. But how should they be handled? It gets more complicated if they kill after their master has logged out as well.

To help test that the damage & kill tracking is working properly, all Bosses on Test currently announce the players & mobs that did damage to it and how much. This feature is NOT intended to go live and will be disabled in the future. Once I'm satisfied it's working properly, some of that damage information might be able to be applied to the EventInfo as totals done by players.
