#menu and How to access MessageBoards?

Several ways have popped to mind and been discussed. The most common ones are:
1) Add new #command(s)
2) Click on an object in game (more realism, but mean can only be opened from certain places)
3) Create a #menu with a new PlayerMenu that has options for those, access to GuildMenu, and other common #commands we have currently (like #sto)
The input I've been getting so far looks like more interest for #3 with a PlayerMenu so ...
What #commands should we add to the proposed PlayerMenu?

Let me refresh my memory as to your 'Bolded' line
We currently have #commands that give us certain information: i.e. #sto, #cross, #counters, #arm
How about #messageboard for a player that doesn't have a guild?
