How detailed are we going to get on the testing for this?
For example we could go to town and report back every hit number on 1000 mobs for each of the perk levels.

I reckon we do need to have people report back on some standard format, with similar test points and  i do like the way Ash has listed his build and the mob he has tested it on. He does lack a bit of detail in relation to what a definition of what "do great/good damage" is.

Am thinking that maybe have testers record weapon/iems used/worn along with their build taken and record minimum and maximum damage across 5 fights. I am not sure if we need to test on more than one mob type per tester, but i think 5 mob of the same mob type would be required to report back on as a minimum, and as long as the min/max damage is reported for each test.

Example:

A/D 91/94  dexterity 50 might 50 reaction 4 tough 4 ethereal 50 - Weapon used: Serp sword.

Perk : Two Handed Wielding level 1
Mob name: Fluffy rabit
Min/Max damage fight 1 - 1-14
Min/Max damage fight 2 - 1-15
Min/Max damage fight 3 - 1- 17
Min/Max damage fight 4 - 1-15

I dunno but something simple for testers to better to report back on and have the in game numbers to check on.

I believe that this testing may even be able to be automated and the numbers for each weapon type in game and the attribute variables (4-50) to calculate all the raw numbers we ever wanted to look at, if we wanted to in a spreadsheet setup of some sort. Drifting now.

Some one give me some format to report on and i will test and fill-in the numbers and do my bit.

YES and duh, small sample set: However to me it looks like the first level of the perk is pretty useless. Wondering if the trend will show up in testing numbers done by others.

I also didn't test a medallion maybe i will do another test with sword and stars med equipped next.

It does not look like much difference between perk level damage  i think because the fluffys went down to quick to get a decent hit on it.

IMO I am not sure there are enough PP to do a decent build that has max might and still be able to have fun during invasions outside of a single combat map.

I am happy to be proven wrong and someone might be able to think up a nice max MIGHT build to go with this perk....**that is viable and 100% playable..

It actually did not take that long when i had SAWolf summon the fluffys for me. It would be nice to have some numbers from some other testers for this perk using the same format. (even better/quicker if they had an IM summon for them)

I have just randomly picked a few builds, others may have some different ways that they can take advantage of this perk and share their numbers.

Note: In OL the quicker you can kill a mob the more xp per hour you maybe able to achieve. I am not bothered if people want to take this perk to specfically to level their toons "quicker", as quicker still means many many many months (if not years) of grind training on mobs regardless. If they are prepared to do this then to steal a saying from Alddra, "cudos" to them. In PK the game leveler would be just to simply equip a mirror cape and let the high might two hander perk taker kill themselves. ps lol to the perk taker when faced with a map full of hawks, or being a  hitter  on a boss with the mirror perk. Good job like AlddrA said.

I see that it seems like the calculations are done with testing. At least I assume that they are. On the other hand, what else is left to test?

Maybe just use the same methodology is have used, but with builds you can come up with. It does not need to be the same mobs I have chosen.
