Increasing the Level Cap

I would like some testing of this. However, I would like to make sure we are, not so much finalised, but quite sure we know pretty much at what rate the curve goes throughout 1-120. Panda is extremely close in achieving this.
I can't stress more so, than we need to see it physically. Theory is all well and good, but seeing it in practice on test will definitely give us a more thorough examination of how the new curve lies.

Combat level variable will use larger values,
How will this affect CL based calculations?
I don't believe magic needs to be a concern because all levels that would be affected are way base levels and failure rate at that point should be negligible.
How will this affect other skills besides combat? Do we need to adjust level requirements for doing things? Will failure rates in mixing require changes, or are the levels affected too high to be a concern?
please add more and try to answer questions.
