Might be easier to test if you have an IM summon some mobs in UW for you and on test at least if there was a message tto say you have died but not gone to UW just so testers can track the number of time they died or have not died, especially if Rabids have been spawned in UW for tester. Quick deaths in a row make it difficult to count i found.

Dropping all or nothing vs only partial kicks in at a higher qty to try to prevent a risk of abuse with certain qty's due to rounding.
Ah, ok I will test with some higher qty's a little later but I imagine it will not make a difference.

1pp - 25% chance to not drop teleport rings, 10% chance to drop nothing
2pp - 50% chance to not drop teleport rings, 20% chance to drop nothing
3pp - 100% chance to not drop teleport rings, 30% chance to drop nothing
Keeping rings seems thematic with the Pharaoh idea as well as adding an additional incentive to take the perk. At level 3 you can always get back to a storage fairly quickly with a ring.
