When an IM makes an announcement for mob counts, the IM menu delays the god announcement 2 times. it also delays announcement after a global one.

Once when I checked the menu, the god announcement was delayed for 6 times.

That's a feature so the God steps out of the way, and the effect is cumulative. The more an IM makes the count type announcements the more God stays out of the way.
