Quoting in posts

This is really directed to Learner as forum admin.
I am pretty sure there is a setting that can be adjusted to include multiple quotes in a post when quoting.
It's frustrating to try to quote and comment on multiple people's comments when only the most recent one shows up and the other quoted comment goes blank.  It also makes for a pain to have to keep scrolling up to find what the original person said.
I need to run a few errands but when I get back, I'll see if I can find that setting again in the other forums to make it easier for you.

Ok think I found the one that is mucking this up:

Admin Control Panel > System > System Settings > Topics, Posts, and Polls > Making a post > Stop quote embedding (should be on No, not Yes)

Then go to the next option which is "Maximum Number of Quotes Per Post" and pick something reasonable.  EL is set for 10.
