ESS seems to favor one spawn heavily

When there are multiple spawns, the enhanced spawn system (ESS) seems to give noticeably more monsters to a particular point compared to the others.

Reported problems :

-Troll in Carmien castle, ladder side spawn (yarnball)
-female orcs in VOTD temple, exit side  (Pandemic)

Keep in mind that it still uses one or more spawn points, and the initial points are based on the old EL spawn location centers. In VOTD temple for example, there are more spawn points in/near the maze then the open area, so of coure the new system will appear to favor dropping mobs in the maze.

On the other had, with the new system with it's randomization, the exact location isn't as critical as it used to be, nor the number. So we could move or remove spawn points as needed.
