Assists in PK

Now only the killer gets pki and his name broad-casted in channel
but sometimes a killer gets assisted by other players to make the kill even be happening, but they are not rewarded with pki nor their name gets casted in channel...

my suggestion is to give people that supported/assisted(attacking player) within 10? seconds pki rewards based on % of amount of assisting players.

also add their names to the channel broad-cast.

e.g;   Scarr killed Sunny_Moon  Assists: villekpl, karabay, garfield_girl

Think it would be a good improvement, seeing how other games have likewise things. +1 from me

Yeah agree, but IMO PKI should really be rethinked rly, some may not PK b/c they afraid to lose it.

True, we could just have a kill/death/assist ratio instead, but the announcing in channel is cool tho :>

I like this. Gives other players incentive to PK + some pki for them + showing that they have contributed.

also i learned today that the kill isn't on last hit.. but on who dealt the most damage?

kinda odd how that works

shouldn't it just be on last hit?

then add the assist if you hit the target that died within x seconds

In this game, because we use resources which cost us GC for almost anything we do (not free, WoW best example really) No one wants to waste 3kgc on brs in a fight for someone to come and steal the kill and only get an assist (even tho it's worth nothing ofcourse).

I dont think it should be on last hit. OL(EL) is unique and I feel it should be kept the same to keep that 'uniqueness', alongside the using resources argument. I would be pretty p**sed off if someone stole my kill with someone I had been fighting for 5 minutes XD
