Mob Related Changes:
- Increase the chance for worn items to break during major harvesting events
- Add Invasions as a Free Service that works only on Test to help with testing (may be disabled at a later date)
- Bug fix on Perception still affect bag visibility.
- Add Packs to Joker (Small Pack more common, Large Pack rare)
- Fixed Tutorial Healing to look at OA again instead of PP
- Proxy support for OL enhancements
- Enhanced data compression when going through the Proxy with a new client (1.9.3 11)
- Published new servers.lst file with the proxy being used to test with, uploaded via auto-update (manual install needed)
- Bug fix for T-Pickaxe break rates
Magic Related Changes:
- Boss gc random value is now affected by initial health
- Mob drops can now have multiple tries if multiple defined (most mobs currently have normal drops and possibly an optional drop, this makes it N optional drops possible)
- Change Magic min fail-rate to tunable, with default to 1%
- Disable Total War completely until Magic & Ranging have been rebalanced and TTW can be looked at fresh.
