KF changes

1.Remove Chim/Fluffy (remove falcon too?)
2.Add Lower lvl. mobs or not?
3.Remove Poison/Radiation damage
4.Remove No Drop


Thoughts?
Please don't go too much off topic, i want this to become a poll.

+1 to everything, although since the falcons are passive I don't care if they stay/go

maybe bring back the merc spawn? was always a nice spot to check/camp since most people who enter KF eventually went there, and there was enough room to try and catch them if you had to chase them to the entrance. And if nobody came after awhile at least you didn't leave KF with empty hands.

btw to clear up any confusion, when he says poison he means the radiation by votd entrance

Remove all mobs.
Remove poison.
Remove no-drop.

Merc spawn or other changes like that should go into a different thread. We'r trying to keep this streamlined to reduce how long before people agree enough so these changes get in faster.

kk sry ;<, I only remembered that the merc was taken away cause KF became no drop

Actually, Scarr is interested in BR spawns instead, but I told him to make that a separate thread

agree, chims and fluffies have no business in kf while everyone is low level.

other changes are good too

Just keep in mind, sometimes though a change is desirable only if another change happens with it, so using this as an example, the mercury spawn could easily become a moot point if this change doesn't get put in.

Keep in mind for drops, we can adjust the % chance to drop, not just ND. ND is actually handled as 0% chance to drop items.

the poison/radiation have been removed
Chim/Fluffy removed
Goblin added

I think it should follow Korrodes 100% on 4 item slots (occupied slots) and 100% on 1 equipment slot or something.

But not the current 50%/slot

What would you have the poll do? Look at the 4 items and go check out KF before even trying to consider a Poll!

I have 2 opinions of this suggestion

First, I like these suggestions for the "now" playing timeframe. Though because of my next statement is why I am unsure if these should be now changes, since we have plenty of areas for players to pk currently in game.

Last, even though I like the suggestions made. I don't see this as a must fix now suggestion. Only because if new maps are to replace current maps, then the change of this map would in some way only create twice the amount of work? Eg: fix, adjust, replace, fix and/or adjust.

ah, so that's why there are only falcons/hawks/male goblins there :D that part of the poll didn't make much sense to me at first. then i looked at the post date.

It is not ND, it is low drop or should be, a base of 25% per item instead of 50% base chance per item is what it's been set for.

The poll would be to see whether people want merc back in KF.  I have been in KF often.

Just officially tested that KF is in fact a (low) drop zone.

25% is good enough I guess, an incentive to go there, like merc, won't hurt tho
